Triad Christian Center (TCC), home of the International Prayer and Fasting Center, was definitely a part of the great vision that God had given to the late Bishop Otis Lockett, Sr. Building a place of worship in the High Point area that would house and manage a twenty-eight bed hotel facility and an international prayer center had long been in the heart of Bishop Lockett. The vision for constant prayer and opportunities to come aside from life’s busy schedules and to shut in to seek the face of God grew in the hearts of many. Also included in that vision was a state-of-the-arts cafeteria/fellowship Hall (Manna House). In 2008, God blessed the people to see the completion of a one-of-its-kind church/prayer and fasting center.
Many of the first members of the church responded to Bishop Lockett’s request to leave the mother church, Evangel, in order to help in building ministry at TCC. To that number the Lord added and continues to do so on a daily basis. Bishop Lockett pastored the members with the same fervency and passion that he had exemplified in prior years (25+years.) He did so until the Lord called him from labor to reward in October 12, 2012.
Pastor Joshua S. Lockett became pastor of TCC after the death of his father in 2012, and was officially installed in March, 2013. This man of God is yet committed to upholding the vision of the ministry. Pastor Josh and the TCC family realize its call and responsibility to the world and counts it an honor to be among the remnant.
Because of the layout of the physical building, TCC has been a blessing to people near and far often being used as a conference center with overnight accommodations. Anyone interested in using the facility should contact:
